I’m loving the print work from Laurie Innes at Plats. Especially these silkscreens(?) on white ceramic tiles.
Her video work is nice, too; and because of her, I’m now listening to this album:

Matte Stephens is a truly amazing artist.  His illustrations have a retro feel that I love and now he has created this paper owl sculpture that I just want to call my own!

Now this is an angle I couldn’t get when I watched the launch! :) This is awesome.
[update] I just realized this is actually a picture of Atlantis’ STS-29 mission. So, it’s the same orbiter I got to see go up, just when it was a whole lot younger :) (I saw STS-125, BTW) This doesn’t change the awesomeness of this shot, though.
